Dr. Clarissa Castillo-Ramsey is an artist and leadership coach. Clarissa's passion for coaching can be traced back to her childhood and young adult days. She was always that friend who people would go to for advice, counsel, and encouragement. She helps her clients who are feeling burnout and unfulfilled at work find their ikigai, so they can flourish and make a living doing what they love. What is ikigai? It’s a Japanese concept of “that which gets you out of bed in the morning.” It’s the cross-section between passion, mission, vocation, and profession. She’s also author of the book, Painting Your Path.
Clarissa completed her doctorate at the California School of Professional Psychology, with a focus on Organizational Development. Her dissertation is titled Coaching from the Inside Out: Exploring internal coaching practices in organizations. In addition, she received coaching training at CTI, The Coaches Training Institute in Los Angeles.
She enjoys hiking, painting, hosting events, writing, spending quality time with friends & family, and traveling (pre-covid).
